Focused Intention is a Key to Successful Energy Healing

In today’s electronic world, many of us are so attached to outside sources that we allow those distractions to take our attention away from what is truly important to us. Worse yet, many of the distractions we get caught up in come from all of the negativity going on around us. We are constantly bombarded with news flashes about mass murders, damage by floods, tornadoes and more, all of which quickly capture our attention. It’s no wonder when we are trying to make changes, using energy healing in our lives that we easily slip back to the old negative patterns.

Constant Bombardment of Negativity

I liken our electronic connection to the world, to quick sand. If we don’t pay attention to how it is eating up our time and our energy we get sucked in and soon all we are thinking of is the negativity we see all around us. In order for you to effectively utilize energy healing one of the keys is to keep your focus on the positive, knowing that your intention is already done.

What You Focus on is What You Create

A friend recently said “Whether you believe in Heaven or Hell the proof is all around you. If you are using energy healing to heal something in your life, whether it be a physical ailment, a relationship or your financial situation, the results you achieve all have to do with where you are focusing your attention with energy healing. Your first step to healing is your focused intention to heal. Yet without constant vigilence, it is likely that you will get sucked back into the negative pattern that you’ve lived with for most of your life. When it comes to using energy healing  for pain, one of the key components to the energy healing process is to take your focus away from the pain. Yet, as long as youare in pain, you will find that the pain gets your attention and keeps it, therefore rendering the energy healing unsuccessful. Yet, if you find a way to distract yourself from the pain and instead move your thoughts back to your Intention, it becomes much easier for the energy healing to take hold.

How to Focus Your Intention on Your Desired Outcome

energy healingNotice how focused this lioness is. She is unlikely to allow anything to distract her from her intention to catch whatever she has her focus on. To allow any diversion, in her case, may mean going without food for the day. If you were to treat your desire to heal using whatever energy healng modality you choose, with the same amount of focus she has, you would get the results she will undoubtly get.

Energy Healing does not require you to be focused on the outcome so much as to keeping yourself from focusing on the problem. So, the simpliest way to do this is to monitor your thoughts as you go throughout your day. When you notice that you are focused on your pain instead of feeling awesome, redirect your thoughts. Visualize yourself totally healthy and vibrant.

Be aware of the words you speak in the same way that you are monitoring your thoughts. When you notice that you are talking to people about how much pain you are in, remember to rephrase what you are saying. For example you might say, I was in a lot of pain, and I’m feeling better and better every minute. One of the other keys when using energy healing is to focus your attention on solutions. When I have pain, I visualize a golden ball around whatever is in pain and intend that the area is getting stronger and healthier with each beat of my heart and with each breath that I take.

Enlist a positive partner to reflect back to you when you slip. Make sure they are in alignment with you and help you redriect with loving kindness. Energy healing is all about shifting the energy and refocusing helps you to do so.
