Free tools to Help You Stay Healthy During the CoronaVirus Pandemic and Beyond!
I’m not going to bore you with all of the standard protocols, you can find everywhere you look on the Internet. Instead I’m going to share with you how I stay healthy. It’s been more than 17 years since I have had a cold or the flu. No, I’m not a hermit, although I do HIGHLY Recommend that you Stay Home and only go out when absolutely necessary during this Pandemic. Here are the key things that I do. Remember I am not a doctor, nor am I providing you with medical advice, I am sharing with you, the things that have kept me healthy for over 17 years.
- Keep your immune system healthy all year long. Don’t just do it when Flu Season comes or a Pandemic is happening.
- I Open and Balance my Chakras throughout my day. By doing so, you are keeping the energy flowing within your body, which supports your overall health. You’ll find the Krystagraphs™ and instructions included in the ebook for the Corona Virus. This takes about 20 seconds each time you do it.
- Regularly Thump Your Thymus Gland. To do so, Take a deep breath, filling your belly. As you do, use your index and middle finger to tap on the Thymus Gland. Note: The thymus gland is the small bump in your sternum about 1 to 2 inches below the soft spot at the top of the sternum. Exhale after several thumps with a sigh.

- Before eating food, or even touching things, intend that your body only takes in that which is in it’s highest good. In addition, state this intention regularly, so that even if you forget to say it each time, you will have programmed your subconscious mind with this intention!
- Don’t let Fear Overtake you.
- Keep your mind on positive thoughts and continually let go of any fears you may have about this Virus, your overall health, or the health of a family member. In other words don’t feed the fear.
- Use commons sense, and the important things that are rational to keep yourself healthy, such as washing your hands frequently, not spending unnecessary time among large groups of people, etc. Just don’t get caught up in the fear that you will get sick or you will die or a family member will get sick or die.

- Stay positive and watch for any negative thinking, either consciously or unconsciously that could cause you to get sick. Remember positive words make a difference. Here’s a simple example.
- In 2002 I was attending a large meeting in the middle of winter in Michigan. I am a “Hugger”, and people kept telling me not to hug them because they had the flu or a cold. I kept saying as I hugged each person: “Don’t worry, I never get sick”. Three days later I was down for the count with the flu and cold. That’s when I suddenly thought about what I had been saying.
- In 2003, I attended the same event and as I was hugging people, all telling me not be because they had the flu or a cold, I instead said: “Don’t worry, I am always healthy”, and the result I stayed healthy and that was more than 17 years ago.
- So, be conscious about your thinking and what you are saying to yourself and everyone around you. There are some rare cases that a person can say “I never get sick”, and they will stay healthy, but for me it’s not worth the risk, when I can easily make a positive statement and not have to wonder if my subconscious mind will grasp the negative wording and make it positive. - Meditate Daily. I meditate for 20 minutes twice per day, to keep me in a calm, positive state of mind.
